Dog sitting - My house. Spoil your pooch! Reasonable price, but caring/attentive sitter.
I generally only work with ONE family at a time. So I don't accept dogs at same time from multiple households. But if you have more than one dog, I can do both as long as they get along with each other. Pamper your pooch with 1-on-1 attention while you are away! No competition from other dogs or cats! OCCASIONALLY, with dogs I have watched before, I am willing to accept 2 dogs from 2 different homes at a time, with approval from both dog owners, with some constraints. Those dates are indicated below.

If the dog is fully potty trained, he/she will have run of the 1st floor of the house - which alone is about 1200 sq ft, hardwood floors throughout with area rugs in living areas. Upstairs, the bdrm doors will be closed during the day, but my bedroom door open at night, but gated.
Frankly - most dogs like it in front of the fireplace - as the furnace is directly below (warmth and pump running which means a slight vibration on floor).
If you kennel your dog at home when you leave for the day, then I would expect you to bring along a kennel for your pooch here for the same. if you don't kennel at home, I don't expect you to kennel at my home.
$30/night and that includes 90 minutes of outside walking a day, even on cold days (assuming your dog can handle that). 1 walk around lake harriet (60 min) and 2 or 3 sometimes 4, 5-10 min walks to poop/pee. My philosophy is that a well-exercised dog is a happy dog and a happy/relaxed dog will be better behaved inside for me. If you have a Edina, SLP, Minneapolis, state park dog park license, I am willing to take your dog to the park if they like to run/play fetch and are friendly with all other dogs. I also brush your dog daily.
I am semi/temporarily retired - I work landscape design/gardening in the summer months and in winter I don't really work. so I am home a lot. Just doing this for fun on the side....namely to see if I should get my own dog - try out various breeds. Your dog may not want to come home :)
I don't accept XXXL dogs (great danes,, st bernards, etc) or fighting breeds - Doberman, pitbulls, boxers. I have a soft spot for labs/retrievers because of their easy-going personality! I also love dogs that don't shed :) and always enjoy lap dogs who actually like to sit on laps!
I also offer dog/house sitting in YOUR home for $50/day. and DAYTIME only dog sitting for $20/day.
For house sitting, rest assured, I have been a homeowner myself for 27yrs, always older homes. And am attentive if something unexpectedly happens (ie issues are detected and won't just be ignored - and I know who to call to address quickly). I also will promptly shovel sidewalks if it snows. (driveway as well if you own a snowblower). I can also offer a ride to/from the airport.
