10 hour cash per day to clean, paint, spackle, etc. (North Chesterfield) hide this posting unhide

I just bought a fixer upper house and need random help.
Mostly cleaning, wiping down walls, sanding, painting, scraping paint chips, etc.
Experience painting is a must.
Prefer people close to me. The wawa at 6001 ironbridge road is about 2 miles from me so if you are close to there that is helpful.
Work will be done with me and will be mostly late afternoon and night (sometimes late till 3 or 4 am)
Please respond only if you are ok with late hours. There will be a 2 hour minimum amount in case we don't work together well. But if we do, we would probably work 5 hours or so depending on my mood. Breaks are unpaid.
Must be a good listener, able to be thorough, and basically not a slacker.
