I am redoing the front of my house, and going to take this awning off. It is in good shape, just needs cleaned (which I might do when I disassemble it). I was thinking of moving it to the back of my house if I don't have any takers with a reasonable offer. These go from $700 - $1500 new, so I would like to be around 350 for this one.
