This chair is very useful for apartments! It folds up into a chair for sitting or can lay flat for a guest bed. It folds down to about 7ft in length. Comes with slip cover over cushion; cushion is in good condition but we got a slip cover because it was easier to wash.

It is in great shape other than one corner where the previous owner must have let a dog chew on it a little. This does not disrupt the functionality of the chair though.

We are moving and are looking to get rid of this!!!
