Other common areas that are accessible to you and the other residents of this intentional learning community include perhaps the most beautiful porch and gardens in Portsmouth, a private sundeck, laundry room, mail room, covered outdoor and indoor bike storage areas, a large fenced-in yard with several sitting areas, outdoor clotheslines, a guest sleeping loft and more. All 18 residents, who live in our meticulously-preserved Victorian mansion, have shared values around community and living planet-friendly and healthy lives. In addition, the housemates in our "Carriage House" unit can easily prepare raw vegan food recipes using out VitaMix blender, Cuisinart food processor, Omega juicer and our Excalibur dehydrator. There is ample parking on both sides of Middle Street as well as off-street shared parking. If you are car-free, your rent will be reduced by $50/month.
