NOTE: You would be taking over our current lease. I have accepted a job offer, and we will be moving out-of-state in late January or the first week of February. Our current lease ends May 31st, 2018, but you will have the option to renew.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

- Rent is $1,000 a month. We found a great local landlord who has not raised prices in a few years. Bills are NOT included in rent. Our average electric bill has been around $120/month.

- Deposit is refundable and is $1,000. (The landlord has done recent repairs on the house, and there has not been any damage during our time here that you would be held accountable for. We will also be paying to have the house professionally cleaned before we hand over the keys.)

- House is ~1,100 square feet. Three bedrooms, two full baths. Master bedroom has an attached bathroom.

- No carpet in the house. Wood laminate in living area and bedrooms and tile in the kitchen.

- Nice size yard with privacy fence. Neighbors are quiet but do have dogs that can be a little barky.

- PET FRIENDLY! Landlord loves animals, and doesn't have breed restrictions or weight limits. No monthly pet rent, but there is a one-time pet fee ($400).

- Washer and dryer are provided by the landlord.

- Lawn care is the tenant's responsibility.

- Rent is paid by automatic bank draft. You will need to fill out a form with the landlord that allows him to withdraw $1,000 from the bank account of your choice on the 1st of every month.

Families, couples, and college students are welcome. However, if your monthly income is not at least $3,000, you will need a cosigner.
