I am looking for the right person, single adult with a young child to rent a room to. The room is PARTIALLY furnished, own entrance, 800 sq ft, own bathroom, laundry, balcony, kitchen area. Cat maybe but no dogs cause it would drive mine nuts.

$1000 monthly and will include your electric, heat, cable, internet, water, sewer. You would also have your own thermostat to regulate your own heat.
