The building is on 83rd street near Amsterdam, and has a live-in super. This is a great neighborhood, one of the best for living in Manhattan. There are great restaurants (Jacob's Pickles is 2 blocks away), bars (Prohibition is 1 block away), museums (Museum of Natural History is 2 blocks away), shopping (Banana Republic & DSW within 4 blocks), and some of the best supermarkets in Manhattan (Zabars, Trsader Joes, Fairway all within walking distance). And the best part, only two blocks from Central Park. It's close to the trains, a 5-minute walk to the red, blue or orange lines.
