A beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1157 square foot, first floor apartment in a luxury apartment community just off of I-540 and about a 1 minute drive from Triangle Town Mall.
The community is just over 5 years old and was built with great detail and high end materials. There is not much these days built with the quality that was used here. From the laminate wood floors (most people think they are real hardwoods) to the textured walls, modern track lighting, GE energy efficient appliances, Valet Trash service, dark wood cabinetry, washer/dryer included and honestly one of the best layouts that I've seen in a 2 bedroom apartment.
If my fiance and I weren't buying a house, we could live here for a long time and be very happy.
It is a corner apartment on the first floor, with a quiet view of the woods. It is situated only a hundred yards from the gym and the pool area, but also secluded (as far as it's location with regards to other apartments and the view). It has a wonderful wooded view from the living room, kitchen and guest bedroom windows.
All of the appliances are working perfectly and the only work orders we have needed to put in were for new light bulbs when the old ones life cycle ended.
Our electric bill has been about $50/month (for 2 people) and up to $65/month and the water/sewer bill has been around $10-15/month consistently. These bills are consistently low and represent usage from 2 full-time working adults. You can get the rates even lower, but we like to leave lights on and wash clothes constantly.
To move into this apartment, you would need to be moving between August 30th and no later than September 4th, preferably.
The application fee for this community is typically around $50 and there is usually an ''administration fee'' as well. Though, they may be running 'Specials' on these or have 'Preferred Employer Programs' to get the rates lower.
