Adorable cottage-like unit for sublet for $105/ night for short-term stays of several days to several weeks, or up to 4 months. This is a one bedroom/ one bath apartment with it's own deck overlooking a canyon, on a quiet, woodsy residential street in the lower Oakland hills. Inside is a very comfortable, good quality queen -sized bed, desk and chair, and another tiny table and 2 chairs to eat at, plus a large mini-fridge, stove, microwave, and toaster, and coffee maker. This is at the lower level of my house, and is only a 10 minute walk to about 5 cafes and a handful of restaurants, and a 2-4 minute drive to another 100 or so restaurants in Montclair, Lake Merritt area, Glenview, Piedmont Ave. and Laurel District. It's also a 2 minute drive to the hills that encompass 20,000 acres of trails, and is set amongst a neighborhood with panoramic views throughout, making for awesome walks. Non-smokers only, no pets. I rent to solo travelers coming through for a short stint, and often travel nurses. $50 one time cleaning fee. Please email for pics and more info.
