I am looking for an awesome person to take over my roommate's part of the lease, starting October 1st. The house is awesome! The house is three stories with an attached two car garage. Washer and dryer on the first level. The main level has hardwood floors, granite counter tops, nice appliances, a "sun room" and a deck! Your bedroom would be the master, which includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a walk in closet, plenty of room for a full, queen, or king sized bed, as well as a small office area towards the back. It even includes you're own personal deck! Small dogs are also welcome, but no cats unfortunately. Your half of the rent would be $1050 a month. We'd split utilities right down the middle (wireless, cable, electric).
