Pet Information - Pet friendly community with a maximum of 2 cats or 1 dog. Cats must be declawed. All pets must be neutered or spayed. Pet registration fee is $250 per pet and is non-refundable. Dogs must be 30 lbs. or smaller full grown. Floor restrictions will apply. Monthly pet fee is $15 per month per pet.
Lease Terms - Our standard is a one year lease; however we can offer shorter terms at an additional monthly premium.
Utilities Services - Residents are responsible for the following fees: Utility fee: 1 bedroom - $106/per month and 2 bedrooms - $126 per month. Trash fee is $10 per month. Each unit is equipped for cable tv and internet at resident's expense. These services are provided by AT&T.
Insurance - All renters are required to have proof of renters insurance and general liability insurance prior to move-in with copies of policies due at lease signing. The Residences at Keystone Crossing must be listed as an additional insured.
