Hello prospective roommates! We're looking for a third to move in 8/1. Rent is $1050, plus utilities, which usually run around $50/person. Deposit $1050. Ten minute walk from 24th St. bart! Close to 14, 49, 48 bus lines. Two blocks from 24th street! Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc.

Us: Two women in our late twenties. One San Francisco native, the other a Cupertino native.
We both work full time and are out of the house a lot. We are hoping to find someone who fits in with that lifestyle/work schedule. We smoke cigarettes (outside only) and drink a ton of coffee. We watch a lot of baseball.

You: Grown-ass adult. Respectful human. Full time job, outside of the house. Queer friendly. Cleans up after themselves, vacuums when needed, splits cost of TP and dish soap. Basic roommate stuff.

Of note: We are non-drinkers and are hoping to find someone who is either sober (friends of bill welcome!) or, if you're not sober, you won't keep alcohol in the house or bring the party home. I know, it sounds like a tall order, since San Francisco is such a fun party city!

We like to come home and relax after work. Sometimes we'll have friends over, to watch movies or have dinner, and we may have the occasional overnight couch guest (Out-of-Towners or Sunset-dwellers); you are welcome to do the same!

The house: Railroad style apartment. Long hallway with a split bathroom. Big living room and kitchen. Everything is furnished, so we're hoping that you'll have furniture for your bedroom, and that's it. Sadly, no pets (it's in the lease). You'll have your own shelf in the pantry as well as the bathroom. There's a hallway closet that we share, too.

The room: Unfurnished. Mint green walls. It is approximately 10x12 feet. It has a decent sized closet. Comfortably fits a bed, desk, and dresser, maybe even a bookcase.
