$1075/mo INCLUDES all utilities & regular cleaning service. $500 refundable security deposit is required.

Rent will be prorated based on move-in date (calculated at $36 per night).

THE AREA:

Nestled in the Triangle neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware on a quiet, one-way residential street, you'll be walking distance to downtown Wilmington (including Central Business District and Wilmington Hospital), the Brandywine Park (just 2 blocks from top of cobblestoned Monkey Hill) as well as Trolley Square, with many restaurant, bar & live music options. The Riverfront area is only 2 miles away, which has restaurants, a movie & IMAX theater, baseball stadium, museums, wildlife refuge and more. Home is located at the base of 202/Concord Pike - a main shopping/dining corridor and easily accessible to Interstate 95.

THE HOME & PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR RENT:

This spacious 3-story home has been lovingly updated and maintained. With hardwood floors, high ceilings and countless windows providing lots of natural light, you'll feel right at home. Nice neighbors on the block as well.

Rental of private master bedroom suite on 2nd floor with its own private bathroom and bonus sun room area with desk. All utilities included.

Room is furnished with comfortable queen sized bed with memory foam mattress topper. Matching nightstands, lamps, dresser, rugs, desk & chair all provided for your use. Oversized closet for clothes includes hangers, shoe rack as well as iron & ironing board. Natural sun light filters through 2 bedroom windows, which have mini-blinds & curtains.

Rent includes ALL utilities: electric, gas, water, high speed Xfinity WiFi throughout home, plus basic Comcast cable/OnDemand & HBO on living room TV. Home also has ADT Security system. Regular housekeeping service provided (2x monthly in common areas & private bathroom/ 1x monthly in bedroom). You're responsible for keeping your personal bedroom clean in between (removing trash/recycling, using provided vacuum & cleaning supplies, etc).

Full use of the entire home's common areas - including the living room, eat-in kitchen, dining room & powder room, laundry room with high efficiency front loading washer/dryer. Outside areas include large front porch with a fan, an enclosed backyard with deck off kitchen & brick patio. 32" TV in living room with plenty of DVDs to watch in living room. There is plenty of free street parking available on my block. Storage space available in the basement, but let's first discuss what you'll be storing as well as how much space you need.

Please plan to bring your own pillows, bedding & towels (but can be provided for a surcharge). Obviously bring your own clothing, toiletries & any personal items.

ABOUT ME:

I am a friendly 30 something professional female who works from home as a property manager for local storage facilities, parking lots and other residential properties. I don't smoke and keep the house clean. I have an indoor cat (Zoey) and a long-haired chihuahua (Kiwi). I enjoy attending local concerts, theatre, festivals & events.

GETTING AROUND:

Centrally located and easily accessible to major highways (less than a mile to I-95) and shopping/dining on Route 202/Concord Pike (there is NO sales tax in Delaware!). Free street parking readily available in neighborhood. For those without a vehicle (or just like to be driven), Uber/Lyft is in the area. Only 2 blocks from several different DART bus public transit routes and just 2 miles from Amtrak/SEPTA station and Greyhound bus station. Only a 20 minute drive from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
