We have a room available in our fantastic 4 bdrm flat in Nob Hill for a January 15th move in. We are currently 2 girls, 2 guys and while we are unfortunately losing one of the girls for greener pastures and moving in with the BF, we would like another female to sort of keep the balance.
We are all "30-ish professionals" with our own busy lives and keep it low key, but love to chat, watch HBO or share the occasional drink, laugh or meal together too. We are hoping to find someone who is looking for a home and not just a place to live. There is also a very sweet housecat who pretty much keeps to herself but is more than willing to share the love if you want to play. No smoking or live in boyfriends please.

-Apt fully furnished except for room available
-Great location and easy walking distance to surrounding neighborhoods
Rent is $1100 which includes all utilities and a monthly housecleaning of common areas (years of rent control is a blessing)
Deposit is $1125
