QR Code Link to This Post I had to move cities and would like to find someone awesome to take over my vacant room / lease. This is a 2-bedrooms, 2 (private) bathrooms apartment at Rhode Island Row (RIR) in North East Washington, DC. The rooms are significantly larger than most spaces you would find in DC for this price. There is also a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for each room, as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. RIR apartments are unfurnished.

My current roommate will be remaining in the apartment. She has a small dog (terrier mix), so you must be comfortable with pets. She is an environmental lawyer with a standard 9-5 work schedule. The new person moving in should be:
-female
-drug free
-non smoker
-clean (at least in common areas)
-respectful
-responsible with bills

This is also on 15 bus routes, and there is onsite Zipcar and Capital Bike Share. If you have a car, a parking garage is available for an additional fee.

AMENITIES: Gym, Club Room, Pool, BBQ area
