Hi! My fiance, 1 1/2 year old daughter and myself are looking for a 2 bedroom + apartment/house to rent this July 31st or August 1st which is when our current lease is up. We would really want a place with some type of yard or porch and w/d hookups. We can afford 1200 with or without utilities included ( although it's a plus to have some of them included :) ) We have no pets and we also have solid references & work history.
