Greystone at Columbus Park is a luxury apartment community which surrounds our serene pond and is located across the street from prominent shopping and dining. We are a gated community with excellent amenities such as a gorgeous pool with jacuzzi, tennis court, a twelve seat movie theatre, tanning beds, and a business center. We also have a fitness facility available 24 hours a day which includes several cardio machines with personal televisions, cable weights and free weights.

We have the home just for you! We have our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment home avialble now! Our prices start at $1,205/ month for three bedroom (Camellia/ 1530 sq. ft.) apartment home. Your rent includes 24-hour emergency maintenance, water, pest control, local alarm, waste disposal, and recycling. How many occupants would be in the apartment?

We are built in the tradition of the area's finest homes! All of our apartment homes have color coordinating countertops and cabinets and metro flooring entrances. In addition, our apartments are wired for networking capabilities and surround sound. We have even included two built-in speakers in the living room for your enjoyment! We love Spot and Fluffy! Will you be bringing a pet? We are a pet friendly community here at Greystone at Columbus Park and we welcome pets with a 50 pound weight limit. We also have dog park so they may play without being leashed. Our monthly pet rent is $15 per pet and non-refundable fees are $250 to $450 for the first pet and Â½ off the pet fee is you have a second pet. *Breed and additional restriction apply-see Management for details.

Our Paid Wait List makes it easy! Are you looking to move in the future or are you flexible with your move in date? We offer a Paid Wait List if you have a need for a particular floor plan. With a $100 deposit and completed application, you will be notified when the floor plan you choose is available in your time frame. You will have first right of refusal before we offer an apartment to anyone else. If you lease with us, we will apply the $100 toward your security deposit. If not, you may stay on the list for another apartment. If you change your mind, we will refund your waitlist deposit provided we have not taken an apartment off the market for you.
