Ft of living space, very conveniently located right off Marigold avenue and close to all good schools, shops and Wal mart.

This house needs a bit of handy work so looking for tenants who are willing to do that. Materials will be provided. So tenants with that handy man quality will be preferred.

$1300.00 is the monthly rent. Please check for yourself if you are really comfortable with the rent on time, your living expenses and utilities. There is no application fee. If your combined monthly income is not 3 times of the monthly rent, please do not call.
The house currently have all appliances incl. glass top range, over the range hood, garbage disposer, new refrigerator, Washer/ dryer, garage door opener and a brand new energy efficient central air system. This is a very desirable piece of property.

Tenant pays all their utilities.
I am looking for a retired couple or responsible well- to- do couple or even working couples with kids w/ good job who will take care of the house as their own.

You can live there as long as you wish provided you pay your rent on time without giving me any stories, you are little handy for small repairs, take care of it like your own and cut grass and maintain lawn without getting HOA penalties. That`s all I need.
Good reference and rent paying history, proof of pay stubs will be needed. Background check will be done. Previous eviction people, please stay out of the scene, this is not for you. Good credit history required but I am willing to consider if you can provide job letters confirming your take home pay. First, last month rent and a refundable deposit of $500 required to move in. I will sign a 2 year lease as I don`t like tenants moving out every year.
