We are two nice guys looking to sublet a flex room in our 3BR (2+Flex) luxury high-rise apartment in Midtown West for a minimum of 3 months, up to 12 months. Girls / guys are both welcome.

- The room we're subletting is fully furnished (full bed, desk, lamp), air conditioning and heat, has tons of shelf and closet space, and a private balcony overlooking the East River
- There are 2 full bathrooms, and you'd have one of the bathrooms to yourself!
- The apartment is very spacious, recently renovated, with a large kitchen and all new appliances
- The building has been fully renovated in the last 3 months, with doormen 24/7, in-house dry cleaning with delivery, and laundry in the basement.
- Just a short walk to Grand Central station (4, 5, 6, 7, S trains, and Metro North)
- Note: Since it's a flex room, there's a small gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling (see pics). However we're generally pretty quiet during the week and noise hasn't been an issue at all for prior roommates.

The roommates claim to be awesome and pretty laid back :) We are in our late-20's and work at startups. We love food, exploring the city, rock climbing, producing / listening to music, board games, and having people over for food / drinks. We'd be down to have you join in any of this, and friends are welcome too! We like to keep our place pretty clean and are looking for someone like that.
