Our family friendly condo is located on the second floor and offer all the comforts of home.The master suites in Unit A and Unit B have a king bedroom set. The large second bedroom has two queen beds in Unit A. Unit B has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. We have also supplied a pack and play and a high chair in this unit.

Enjoy mountain views while relaxing on our our large balcony. Unwind in our cozy living rooms in front of the fireplace while watching a movie or playing a board game. Enjoy a movie or watch TV on one of the three flat panel LCD televisions. We have supplied board games and movies for your enjoyment. Our condo is equipped with hi speed broadband wireless internet service.

Our well appointed full kitchens will fulfill all your cooking needs. Our dining room table has seating for six. There are three stools at the breakfast nook. If you are not in the mood to cook, our condo is located a short walk to area restaurants.

There is an indoor pool and Jacuzzi spa, health club with free weights, circuit training machines, cardio machines, racquetball court, three saunas, aerobics room,locker rooms, three lounges and game room. These facilities are located in the building. There are also full laundry facilities on site. There is no resort fee to use our over 13,000 square foot recreation facility.

Our units are non smoking and no pets are permitted.

You will love the unlimited activities near our vacation retreat which include: hiking, Whales Tales Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, Santa's Village, Story Land, Cannon Tramway, Loon Gondola, Alpine Zipline, The Flume Gorge, Franconia State Park, White Mountain National Forest, train rides, Mount Washington, shopping.

9/4-9/7- $175 per night- 3 night minimum.

9/8-9/17- $125 per night-Monday-Thursday, $150 per night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday- $700 per week. 2 night minimum.

9/20-10/8- $135 per night-Monday-Thursday, $185 per night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday- $925 per week. 3 night minimum.

10/13-10/19- $135 per night-Monday-Thursday, $185 per night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday- $925 per week. 2 night minimum.

10/20-11/1- $125 per night-Monday-Thursday, $150 per night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday- $700 per week. 2 night minimum.
