Hello, My name is Mitch. My girlfriend and I are looking for an apartment or house for rent around mid October. She is a 2nd grade teacher, and I work for Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. We are quiet and responsible, with about two years of good renters history and pretty good credit.

A house for rent is our preference, but we would take a 1 or 2 bedroom. The most we are willing to spend is $1400 per month, if heat and hot water are included.

We have had a tough time in our search so far, mostly because we have a dog. She is a terrier-boxer-hound mix, with about six or eight different breeds. She is currently in her adult 2 training classes, and will soon be going for her CGC.

The reason we are relocating is to be closer to our jobs. We currently live in Manchester, NH but work in Northern MA and Salem.
