We are a professional, responsible family of 4 looking for a house to rent in the Raleigh area, or surrounding areas. We have two teenagers, one of whom is headed to college...which is why we are relocating to the area. The school district is very important, since we're moving from one of the top districts in our area. We have a very friendly Rottweiler, who is not aggressive at all and a toy Yorkie, so we need a home that is pet friendly. We are not looking to go over $1400 per month. Our ideal home is 3br's with a master suite, a spacious backyard with a deck or patio, an updated kitchen, 2/2.5 ba, 1 or 2 car garage. We can provide a great reference from our landlord, where we've lived for the past few years. Our credit is not so good but we have no criminal history, never been evicted, and would have no problem with a background check. Our lease will end in August, but we've paid the rent already, so we'd like to find a place ahead of time to start the process sooner than later...
