It is very close to Denver health, St Josephs and a few other hospitals in downtown Denver so this would be great for travel nurses but open to anyone looking for a short term situation (90 day minimum).

The kitchen and laundry are a shared space with the quiet, friendly owner. The house is 6000 sq feet total so never feels intrusive for anyone). The bedroom was just recently refurbished top to bottom and all the furniture is brand new (queen bed/mattress, 5 drawer dresser, desk, nightstand, media center with electric fireplace). The room has a bay window and a large closet. New bedding for the new bed is ordered and on the way.

The house is a 100+ year old mansion that has been refurbished over the last 8 years. Lots of history and a great place to live. There are 5 grocery stores (including trader Joes within 1.5 blocks) within walking distance along with great bars and restaurants. Cheesman park is 0.7 miles away.

Rent includes all utilities and wireless access. 90 day minimum lease. Background check required. 1 month deposit is required. If no issues/damage on move out, deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cleaning fee and the background check cost (varies but usually not very much at all). No smoking. No pets.

**Note - I will be listing the 3rd floor of the house soon which is 1200 sq feet. It is accessed through the main house but is a completely separate space (including private laundry/kitchen/etc). If more interested in that, let me know. Its currently not fully furnished but I'm working on getting that ready very soon. Its a much larger space and completely private so it will be a higher price but putting the note here in case that works better for someone since its coming soon.
