So here's the quick details. Home had a lot of money sunk into it by previous owner and then work stopped and it sat for a while before I purchased it. Previous owner had new roof put on and brand new double pane windows upstairs, they started all new electric lines and plugs, switches etc. the down stairs is pretty much done only needing some minor repairs to move in or start an office. Upstairs they started to build two rooms and a full BA they framed up the rooms and started the dry wall and electric lines as seen in the pics.
