I have a complete set of 15" OEM VW rims from a 2003 MK4 Jetta for sale. Bolt pattern is 5 x 100. Tires are fairly new with less than 3,000 miles on them. They are Goodyear Eagle Sports, which are pretty nice. Tire size is 195/65R15. One of the rims have some curb rash on it that can be easily sanded down, primed and painted.
