Room for Rent in a NO DRAMA household.
Me and my friend Kent are renting 2 rooms. One is open now. So, me and 2 other guys here. Not the place to party. This is a quiet place for you to come home to a furnished room and relax, then go back to work. Needs own transportation. As in your own car, not rides with friends. Unless you can be professional. (Not sitting on front porch, smoking, walking up and down street on cell phone) Just asking to respect neighbors.
Also, since we respect each other mutually here, no company allowed more than an hour a week. That way you know who is here and not strange people in your house while your at work.

Furnished room: Bed, dresser, computer table, chair, closet. TV , Xfinity cable; Strong house wide Wi-Fi. Share bathroom with one other person. Washer/Dryer downstairs. Parking also on street in front of house (Still off the main road but on gravel to side)
Smokers please use back porch. No smoking inside house please.
