Deposit of $1,000 is required upon signing of the lease and rent is due the 1st of every month. Utilities include water/sewar. It is a tri-level layout with a 2 car garage. Currently has dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave furnished. Has a fenced in, unfinished backyard.
