The condo has two bedrooms, one and half baths and a finished basement. Current roommate is moving out September 1st and is available for viewing in the meantime.
Location is Coventry in the Washington Village condos off of Station Street. Rent is $500 plus half the electric bill- first month electric will be free. It's an end unit with a private entrance and woods on three sides. Cable, Internet, water and other house expenses are included in the rent. There is a window a/c unit on the first floor, but if you'd like one in the room it's your responsibility.
I'm 34 and am not looking for a 21 year old roommate who is looking for a place to party. I work full time and am taking classes in the evenings. Looking for someone willing to share household duties and pitch in to essentials such as soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Food and drinks are up to you to purchase, there are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses to use. During the week I like to relax after work on the porch and watch a little tv. I'm easy going and do clean up after myself and the cat. Not looking to have to clean up after someone else, can go to work for that! Love the walking dead, horror movies and have a good sense of humor.
I do have a cat, unfortunately he's not a fan of dogs but other pets are negotiable. Smokers are welcome (I'm one) but it's done outside. I don't have constant overnight guests and would hope for the same respect. Would like to meet for coffee and chat to see if our personalities will work before showing the condo.
