We have a room available in our 3-bedroom apartment, available for move-in by August 1st (sooner if needed). It's a charming place on the first floor of a 3-unit building. There's lots of charm and history, with modern renovations to the kitchen and bathroom. We share a back yard with our upstairs neighbors that we've started to makeover into a pinterst-y hangout. The building has a basement with coin-op laundry and storage. The location is central to pretty much everything in the city and walking distance to Alamo Square, Divisadero, Haight, Lower Pac Heights, USF, Trader Joe's, Target, and several grocery stores. The street parking is relatively easy here, as well (I've never had to park more than a couple blocks from the apartment).

The roommates:
We are two ladies in our mid-twenties who like to keep it mellow during the week (read: Netflix marathons and wine) and explore on the weekends. One of us is more of an adventurer and is always surfing or finding new hikes outside of the city. The other is all about brunch, baking, and will often force a delicious pie on you. We're looking for someone who will be a great addition and personality fit in our home. You don't need to share our interests, but we are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, outgoing, and who will do their part to keep the common rooms tidy.

The room:
The open room is towards the front of the apartment and has large windows that keeps the room sunny and bright. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished but you will need to provide furniture for the available bedroom. There isn't a closet in this room but it comes with built-ins and has plenty of space for a wardrobe, bed, couch, dresser, desk and more. Did I mention the decorative fireplace in the room? (Note: The current roommate is already packing up so the room is not in ideal condition for photos.)
