Hi Everyone, I am looking for one person to rent the other room and have use of the apartment.
About Me: My name is Samuel. I am a Substitute Teacher in Boston Public Schools. I primarily teach Special Education. I am relatively neat. (We can set up a cleaning service if mutually agreed upon such as home joy or something else...) I am a person who has a routine during the week... although my start times range. I am a 31year old male. I will be your other roommate and person on the one-year lease.
About the Apartment: The apartment is a top-floor, two-bedroom, 1,200 square foot apartment. The apartment is on the third floor. The apartment has furniture.... Your bedroom which is next to mine does not have furniture. There is a storage area, a porch and a nice view. Included is a dining room table and a couch along with the coffee table in the picture. I do have cookware and plates and silverware... You are welcome to use them. IF you want to use your own that's fine as well. Half the shelf space in the kitchen can be yours if you prefer not to share space.
Although your closet in your bedroom is smaller than mine; an additional closet can be allocated for you.
Details about the Lease: The lease will be done through the landlord. There is a standard application and a security deposit.
