The Neighborhood
Ewa Beach is a local quiet residential area.
A shopping center with a grocery, drug store and restaurants is a 3-minute drive. Within 6-minutes, there is a beautiful new flagship Safeway supermarket, Starbucks along with other retail shops. There is a Costco and Walmart only 15 minutes away in the neighboring city of Kapolei as well as many good restaurants, new outdoor mall with a 12-multiplex Movie Theater.
Disney's Aulani Resort & Spa is a 20-minute drive. It is part of the Ko Olina Resort Community and Marina, which features spectacular beaches (open to everyone), a championship golf course, shopping, snorkeling, sports fishing and more.
The Waikele Outlet Shopping Center is only 15-minute drive and it features high-end name brand outlet stores such as Saks, Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren, etc.
Though, anyone is welcome to view the apartment, we have found consistently that it best accommodates a single person - it was built as a guest loft and so, there is not a large closet and, the fridge/freezer is small.
