My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to replace our roommate from August 01.
This is located at 201 Marin Blvd. at the Gulls Cove building, in Jersey City, NJ 07302 in the grove street area.
This is our place you would be sharing with us. You would have your own private room and your own bathroom. The room is furnished. We have a nice open kitchen, and large furnished living room with views of the marina, statue of liberty, and freedom tower.
The building has a 24hr doorman, a gym, has the light rail in front of it, and is a 5 minute walk to the Grove Street PATH station. There is a deli across the street, multiple restaurants nearby, a Duane Reade, a Chase Bank, and a Starbucks.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to get into NYC. The Grove Street PATH has the following lines running at the station: World Trade Center to Newark Penn Station, and Journal Square to 33rd Street.
My boyfriend and I both work full-time, and are looking for someone that is professional, friendly, busy working the day and home in the later evening.
