1975 Dodge Jamboree 21', 318 with RV cam, auto transmission, 37,600 on the odometer (not sure if it's only 37k or 137k) the gas gauge doesn't work, but runs like a champ and drives down the road great. Carb was rebuilt 2 years ago and hasn't seen more than 300 miles since. Currently licensed until next year and insured.

I bought it and drove it from Prescott ,WI to Remer, MN in one run (stopped twice for gas) with no mechanical issues other than soft brakes and a slight case of carbon monoxide poisoning due to a very loose wall (wall has since been repaired).
I bought this as a fixer upper and since have had a little one, so now I have 0 time to finish it and hate to see all that has been done go to waste.

This thing is 60% refinished. I have stayed in it on weekends for the last 2 summers and have kept mice and pest's out (peppermint oil and dryer sheets). The exterior is painted Camo with a new piece of siding under the rear door and needing flashing above the door. The exterior has a working electrical connection, hose hook up, rear storage compartment (generator size), ext. LP hookup, locking gas tank and more. The rubber roll on roofing was installed last year and has only leaked in the bathroom as mentioned below. I also have kept it parked up on concrete blocks.

The interior main area is mostly complete and is livable (no pest's, mold, growth, etc). There is a newer working Danby fridge with small freezer, small microwave and pizza oven (that's right PIZZA OVEN) surprisingly doesn't burn the ceiling at all haha. There is also a gas stove/oven that works with a 20lb or larger propane tank connected outside. The ceilings in the cupboards have not been redone, but the main ceiling and studs have been redone. The electrical all works even the exterior light and works off of both the exterior electric and back up. The water pump, oven fan and light all also work. The furnace needs a tune up, had it running but an HVAC friend said I need it tuned up (and of course he didn't have time)

The RV needs the front over the cab interior redone. The main compartment has been finished and is livable.
The bathroom was partially redone, but thanks to a leaky vent and bad caulk job on my part, the rear interior wall needs to be completely redone and 40% of the ceiling needs to be replaced. There was an AC in the rear wall that was not water tight along with the ceiling vent, both let water into the wall and part of the ceiling. It is partially torn out. Needs completion.
You could go crazy, rip out the rear wall and put a fold down deck or ?
There is a newer toilet with sprayer and sink (the septic tank had a massive crack in it so was taken out and has not been replaced). The other tank is there as well as the water lines going to and from.
The rear wall and ceiling holes have been sealed and screwed in with flashing as a temp. patch and I currently have a tarp securely strapped over the back half.

I may be missing few small things, but all of the major and not so major are in here and I've made this thing longer than it should be.
This has been a great project, but like I said before I just have no time to finish it.
I have unfortunately over $2500 into this camper and am trying to re coop some of it. This is a good RV and no doubt will be a long lasting runner for the right person.

I'm asking $1500 but am also interested in a trade for a smaller pull behind (something that can be pulled by a mid size SUV with a good V6) in good shape needing nothing major (can add some cash or possible 2nd amend. item) or a very mechanically sound 4 wheeler, prefer 4x4 but will gladly trade for the right 2WD. Must be decent sized or powered to hold my 260lbs and again MUST be mechanically sound. Just had a few bad experiences with buying used wheelers in the past.
