1989 VW Jetta GLI Wolfsburg Helios Edtion 1 of 1500 made
Is show car project that does not run but would with some more work. I have put a lot of money and time in and want sell.
-The short block 2.9l with balanced rotating assembly using 82mm JE 9:1 forged pistons and ARP head studs.
-Spec stage 3+ clutch with lightened OEM flywheel.
-Re-built tranny with 10% longer 4th and 5th gears, and Peloquin LSD installed-Heads have
-mason-tech crack pipe and cromed bits. Completely rebuilt and ported head with TT268 cams, H/D springs, titanium retainers, 2mm bigger intake and 1.8mm bigger exhaust valves. New lightwieght lifters. New chains tensioners and guides. All short block and head machine work done by Jerry @ Northwest Connecting Rod.
-All bushings, and front end components have been replaced. Manual rack and Pinion conversion.
-Engine bay has been shaved and painted.
-GT4088r turbo with 1.06 A/R.
-Schimmel short runner intake manifold
-Schimmel high flow fuel rail to supply six 80lb/870cc injectors.
-Interior is in good shape.
Further modifications have been made, ask for more details. Only taking serious offers. Want to sell entire car and parts together as project, but will possibly part out. Have pictures, and will send if asked.
