Beautiful sunlit master sized furnished guest room with private entrance is available in 1958 iconic mid-century modern designed Eichler home - literally next to both park and hundreds of acres of open space hills trails and hiking - coyotes and owls out back at night. Home is eco- conscious, Marin Green-Certified, healthy, happy, peaceful home with dedicated private by appointment healing arts studio on property.

The beautiful serene guest room is sunlit, spacious, 10' x 15', windows on two sides with garden views on both, sliding glass door opening onto courtyard garden with hot tub, bamboo, flowers. Hardwood floors, 6' closet, Wi-Fi in room. Comfortably furnished, including premium deluxe state of the art all organic 12" latex Euro pillow topped bed with organic wool and cotton cover and 560 thread count sheets. Antique mission oak desk, chaise, dresser, full 6' closet, and private mini frig. Guest room has shared use (with one other person) of nearby lovely main bath (kept very clean and conscious) with tub and garden view.

Home features gorgeous nature views in every direction - gourmet sunny island kitchen; living room has floor to ceiling glass walls with beautiful views of redwoods and gardens, open space for yoga and fireplace.

Guests have full use of hot tub in garden courtyard, which is healthfully ozone and silver sanitized. Guests may also access beautiful sunny back yard, organic gardens, fruit trees, herbs, patios and lanai, picnic table, hammock outside for relaxing. Guest may negotiate additional access to kitchen use and laundry.

Neighborhood features great outdoor pool (through October), yoga and tennis 2 blocks away, YMCA with indoor pool, hottub, sauna 2 min away, 2 great farmers markets weekly 5 minutes away at SR Civic Center.

Peaceful quiet neighborhood, 1.5 miles from 101, great access to all of SF Bay Area, best microclimate in Marin! Easy parking on street right outside home.

Please be health and environmentally conscious, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. No meat-eating in home (mammals), otherwise omnivore ok (poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs ok). No microwave. There is TV for DVD viewing, no TV cable service by choice. Prof F (author, healer, consultant), there is one friendly dog here, no cats.

As to potential dog guest - sorry, due to other guest allergies, no dogs possible in guest room. Although it may be possible to negotiate the stay of a polite dog in rest of house or backyard with kennel. Guest/owner would responsible for all care and clean up of course. Compatibility with resident dog would be required.
