2 yo Beagle Mix Neutered

I have a 2 year old neutered 38 lb beagle mix that I have been fostering out in Western Pennsylvania. I am moving back to Readington Township this Saturday and ready to put him up for adoption. I have 2 dogs and a kitten of my own and never planned on keeping a third dog. He loves people and other animals and has never showed any signs of aggression. I do not know how he is with children but I cannot imagine he would not be good with them. He was a stray found running through a shopping center in Ohio last October and I took him in, fed him, got him neutered, up to date on shots and back to a healthy weight. I need to place him ASAP with someone. I have vet records. He does have some marking issues and jumping issues, but with a few behavior classes he will be the perfect dog. He is a very sweet dog and he just needs to go to a good home. He would be best if he had a crate of his own to be in while not under supervision. I am a licensed veterinary technician myself and I can guarantee that he is in perfect health. I prefer for him to go somewhere that has a fence or an electric fence so is does not run away. He does obey an electric fence.

If you are renting I need a copy of the lease showing where animals are okay, or a signed letter from the landlord that he is okay with the dog

He was Lyme virus positive meaning he has been exposed to the Lyme antigen. He was put on a round of antibiotics and vaccinated against Lyme disease in hopes he is able to kick the Lyme antigen out before it shows clinical symptoms. If he is still Lyme positive, later in life he may develop sore joints which with a little pain medicine he will recover from.

REMEMBER: A DOG IS A LIFETIME.
