I'm testing the waters about selling my '03 Ford Focus SVT. It is a six speed manual. The SVt model is the only one with 6 gears. all other manuals had 5. It has 121xxx miles and it is going up as its my daily driver. It is a very fun and zippy car. It is 'CD Silver' with Black Leather & Red Mesh seats. There is no Check engine light and the car passes emissions. The car has a 2.0L Zetec 16 valve motor. SVT raised the compression of the motor, changed the cam profiles, and more.

This particular model is quite rare as it is 1 of 6158 total from 2003, #3871. But it is actual even more rare because it has the full cold weather package. This combined with the Sun & Sound package make this focus 1 in less than 200. This means heated front heated seats, heated mirrors, block heater and battery warmer.

There are quite a few mods that have been done to the car as well as maintenance. To start, the car has a K&N Typhoon cold air intake. The Cone filter is in great shape and constantly cleaned and 'recharged'. It has a SALEEN Focus strut tower bar. This helps handling a lot. The SVT suspension is already tight but this helped a lot and cornering in this car is sweet. This saleen piece is quite rare as there were only about 300 of the Saleen foci made. It is lowered 2" on eibach springs. It has been for a few years, so there is some wear on the front end but not any more than you would notice from a car from 2003. Currently the car has straight pipes after SVT headers and high flow cats. I do have a nice flowmasters muffler that goes with it if it is too loud for your taste.It does pass emissions as is. I just passed a few weeks ago. It has custom fenders which have these four slotted vents (which are functional) in them. The rear tail lights are tinted all red which looks aggressive, but the tint is removable. It is currently on 17" Drag DR17 wheels. The wheels are black but are currently plastidipped white (this is a removable coating). The tires on these are pretty much done so you'll probably need to get a new set. The SVT package makes it have front and rear disc brakes rather than drum brakes. The calipers are painted a bright sky blue. They look really good with the current color scheme, but i can repaint them if you'd like, before you officially pick up the car. It has aftermarket projector headlights which are all black housings. I have a piggy back chip for the car that is currently not installed but I can splice it into the MAF for a ~10-15hp increase. It has a Euro Spec Focus RS front grille. These have to be modified in order to fit the US hood locks. It has been and the front grilles have been professionally painted high gloss black. This makes the front look very aggressive.

As for recent maintenance, the front bearings and speed sensors about 1,000 miles ago. The previous owner swapped in a racing clutch with is very nice. The thermostat housing start to leak coolant, so i went and replaced the housing, the thermostat and all of the o-rings involved. This is a very common problem with this generation focus so you wont have to worry about that now. The valve cover had a small oil leak so i changed the gasket and all 10 grommets with it so that is nice and tight and the engine bay is spotless. New clock spring. There is more and more, i just can remember everything. I can cover the car top to bottom if interested.

It is a very reliable car and plows through winter storms with ease, even though its a small hatch back.I've also put a lot of elbow grease into this thing so i know it is worth it.
