My wife and I purchased this Home in August of 2014 and have never had the opportunity to use it. It is as it was on the dealer lot on Nampa. Situations changed and we need to sell this at a loss to us but a great deal for you. We had an additional AC unit installed for the bedroom which has a king size bed. It has a 40" flat screen TV in the living room and a 32" flat screen TV in the bedroom with built in DVD player.
