I have 24 yards of excellent screened top soil that I can deliver with my side dumper. This soil is perfect for seeding or sod. Manufactured with manure and a perfect combination of sand, clay and mulch to hold water just right for your lawn. It is all screened to make sure all debris and rocks are removed. The soil is turned and blended with my skid steer (Bobcat).
