You can rent a surf board, kayak etc. Newport Tennis Hall Of Fame, the Mansions, and other great attractions such as the beautiful marinas and boat excursions and specialty shops are 5 minutes from the property. So many restaurants from Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Asian, Seafood and from pup style to very formal. Very scenic roads for breath taking views of beautiful beach houses and shore lines. Newport is the perfect spot for walking, (the famous Cliff Walk) jogging, rollerblading, and cycling. There is so much history in the Newport area for all to visit and enjoy. There are wineries in the area for tours and taste testing afternoons. There is so much to do for all ages and desires in a close proximity to the property.
