Honestly, we care most about what type of neighbors you will be and that your rent will be paid on time! (More often than not, we place little or no value on your credit score or if any of your other bills such as credit cards etc. have been paid on time because those aren't relevant facts to us. We only need to know you pay rent on time and that you are leaving /have left your previous housing situation/s in good standing.)
