High speed wireless internet with a docking station for your laptop. Central AC. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, clubs and even the zoo. If you want to take a break from the beach there is a pool for tenants use. There is an assigned parking stall if you want to rent a car and explore the island. Day trips to the other side of the island are always nice. If you want seclusion there are a lot of quiet beaches with very few people. There are two very spacious lanais to enjoy with morning coffee or evening cocktails. This is a security building so don't lose the key and it is also a no smoking building.
