We were recently nominated for best alternative/indie band at this years Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards. Our original band is called Clear The Day and we practice once or twice a week for a couple hours. We usually take a couple months off in the winter and summer from practicing and playing shows to give everyone a break.

We usually play around Omaha once a month at Reverb, Slowdown, Barley Street Tavern, The 402, and Waiting Room. We might play some regional shows if you're interested. The band votes on major decisions and discusses things together. We are not a dictatorship. That's no fun :) .

Our current music isn't the type of music we want to play forever. The concept of Clear The Day is the feeling you get when you cancel all plans you have to do whatever you feel like doing that day. To play whatever music we feel like writing regardless of so called genre classifications. Our new drummer is heavier than the drummer on our current recordings so we are writing more rock/emo/indie stuff right now. Looking for another guitarist that is willing to sing. Interested in doing vocal harmonies similar to Knuckle Puck, Taking Back Sunday, or Transit. We would like you to be on our next record!
