I am a professional in my mid 30's and I am seeking a roommate of about the same age and younger than me who is in the same situation to share my 2-bedroom condo. I'm seeking a fun and responsible roommate that is clean, organized, honest. I need someone who is going to help with keeping the house clean and is willing to hang out and go on adventures with me. Cleanliness and punctual rent payment are mandatory.

This is a cool, fun place to live and is an easy ride to Manchester, Nashua and Boston. I'm employed, responsible,drama-free and I am looking for the same. Everything (Heat, hot water, electricity and Internet) is included in the rent, including the use of my new corvette and SUV for the right responsible person. The place is fully furnished and has a PS3, Comcast cable,WiFi, closet space. The complex also has plenty of parking and a pool. You will be responsible for your room. This is ideal for someone in transition as it will be a short term (3 to 6 months) situation. NO PETS are Allowed, SORRY
