Off of Elmwood Rd, it is at most a 10 minute drive to USC Columbia, the Vista, and Five Points. Water is included in rent, however electricity is separate (approximately $170 dollars in total for all three roommates so far). Easy going guys in a nice neighborhood. There is a driveway for parking that is shared and street parking in front of the home (safe neighborhood, so there are no worries.) Open to questions of any.
