Looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease. I just signed it this month and am unfortunately not returning to school. The person moving in will move in October 1st and finish the 11 months on the lease. Rent is 1300 split between four people along with splitting cable, gas/electric, water, and the trash bill four ways. We are all currently teammates. Roughly around the age of 22.
