Hello, I have a room for rent in the Germantown, Wayne Junction section of Philadelphia,. Its a family setting house, professional environment four bedroom house... looking for a young black working (steady job/steady income) female to rent room out. I work alot, however there's a female in home that cooks and cleans 24/7. I have a one year old daughter that also gets babysat at home by this female. Because of this type of environment, there is not alot of traffic that would be coming and going in household because of family setting
