Newly remodeled,2 bedroom,1 bath in the whitewater district. House is clean & cozy but I could use a roommate to help with bills. Rent is $350 a month and due at time of move in. There is no deposit, no pets,all utilities paid by me and includes cable and internet!! I live alone so things will be quite and comfortable here and I'm looking for a roommate that can appreciate such a comfortable quality of living. Room is fully furnished . tenant must have full time employment and i prefer someone that works nights as i work days and believe we would be more comfortable that way but i will consider any full time employed roomy.
