350 I found the apartment, now i am looking for a roommate (independence)
I was on here searching high and low for a place that suited my needs, Now that I found it I'm passing it on to you. The apartment Is the top floor of the home In Independence.
2 bedrooms plus a nearly 200 square foot joint living space. A 44 square foot bathroom Then again that doesn't take into account the sink and the throne. However that measurement is separate from the normal size tub with an awesome shower head though! Shared/ communal kitchen and laundry (not coin operated) downstairs.
Plenty of space for everyones grub and I'm planning on getting a miniature refrigerator at least for some of my own perishables upstairs. Aide from the clothing/towel closets there's a nice pantry in the living space that would be great for dry foods and snacks.
Great WiFi as well .
I am going to be renting One of the rooms upstairs for 350 And the other bedroom will remain vacant until YOU decide you want to rent it.
I'm clean and fairly quiet Or at least until I get a few weekend drinks in me lol There's no smoking indoors and there is a kid living downstairs as well so no riff raff or crazy people to be blunt. 😊 The homeowners also have A cat and a few dogs so be okay with furry family members
Basically you would be my neighbor Under the same roof / roommate. Almost reminds me of dorms back in the day.
The homeowner Is really chilled and laid back So I figured I'd post this to help them out and filling the other room quickly ; Besides I would be the guy you're stuck upstairs with :-) Might as well get to know me early on.
I'm a 30 year old average Man who gets up and goes to work in the morning comes home relaxes and goes to sleep 5 days a week typically. I usually spend my weekends out of the house doing something fun or in the house trying to get my to do list accomplished.
